“This certification was a small miracle. Regardless of the topic, the questions I had, you took the time to make sure to thoroughly explain the concept. Through our back and forth in the mentoring format, I have grown as a yoga teacher. The communication and supportive environment have helped to foster my hunger to learn more. I find it invigorating to offer a class to participants who show grace and growth in their own yoga experiences. Many thanks to you Yael. I am forever grateful for you sharing your kindness and knowledge.” KR, RYT Spokane, WA
“The mentoring in the program is the BEST! Yael,I feel like I was led by the hand the entire way of this certification. I have grown so much in my teaching and as a person. I gained SO much from this class! A friend, improved teaching skills, more to change as I go and the chance to work with the refugee community! Awesome! AJ, E-RTY
“You really learn an incredible amount of material in a very clear and direct way. I felt confident in myself, as I was teaching and applying the information. This training really opened my eyes to the way yoga is being taught and the way we can improve the classes we are teaching with a trauma sensitive focus. I thought I was aware of the way trauma can be held in the body, but I really only had a slight clue. I feel like I can now walk into any class and feel confident that I am leading a very mindful and intentional class.” TB. E-RYT
"The mentoring/support was a strength of this training!!! Yael was extremely supportive and continues to be a great mentor. This made me feel very safe to start working with the body through movement . I would definitely recommend this training to anyone and everyone planning to do yoga with trauma-based populations. This training highlights the sensitivities and the strengths to be aware of that are commonly found among those who have experienced trauma." B.Y. PhD, Psychologist Salt Lake VA
