Olivia Daubin

Olivia began practicing yoga 7 years ago when a close friend introduced her to it. She's always loved running and yoga felt like the perfect compliment to the sports' physical demands. She graduated with a B.S. in American Studies but knew she would pursue yoga and eventually teach it after graduation. She is currently working as a Preventions Specialist for Valley Jr. High and teaching yoga for the University of Utah. She has learned more about herself through practicing yoga and has loved to see the difference it makes in the lives of her students. Over a year ago she began a free, community yoga class in Sugarhouse in order to share her love for yoga and its benefits with the masses. It's her favorite night of the week!
Tamara Rowe

Tamara J. Rowe started practicing yoga in college to supplement her running. Over the past few years, yoga has become an integral part of her world. It continues to help as a whole-body cross-training activity as well as clear her mind and reminds her to slow down and appreciate the world when things seem like they're speeding by too quickly. Tamara is currently in Dana Baptiste's teacher training course and teaches yoga to senior citizens and adolescent girls on a volunteer basis.
