All classes are based on GreenTREE Yoga trauma-sensitive yoga classes taught to a wide-range of populations with trauma. These trauma-sensitive programs are offered in professional development trainings to a health care professionals and teachers.

Class choices: (1) Trauma-sensitive Yoga (journaling option available)

(2) Simple Stretching and Breathing for Pain Management

(3) Self-care for Caregivers

(4) Kids’ Special Needs/Autism

Private Classes

$85.00 for a 90-minute class (individual or small group) . 4-class pass $300.00
